Responsibilities
- Process review calendar with due priority basis statutory & regulatory guidelines, market benchmarking along with timely closure of actionable
- ARIS BPM Modelling and Management
- Work in partnership with business stakeholders to simplify / reengineer processes, improve efficiency and customer experience
- Identify non-documented processes and plan documentation closure with detailed FMEA, Controls, and Metrics etc.
- Collaborate with Risk & Audit function to build robustness in the process & ensure regular review with the functions
- Identify process improvement areas from FMEA, VA / NVA analysis on the process
- Communication plan for roll out of new processes / changes to existing processes
- Content preparation and delivery of BPM training including process design, documentation, FMEA etc. for team and stakeholders
- Drive BPR & Process improvement projects including need identification, review, implementation closure and sign offs
- Partner with stakeholders to identify project opportunities through boot camp, brainstorming, workshops etc.
- Establish benefit realization, tangible outcomes with requisite sign off on agreed parameters
Key Requirements
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA Experience: 0-10 years
- Strong understanding and hands on experience of process design and documentation attributes like FMEA, RACI, Metrics, Input Output, SIPOC, Swim Lane diagram, Business rules, Exceptions / Deviation matrix, VA / NVA analysis, Value Chain Mapping & Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, BPMN notations, Process flowcharts using Excel / Word / PPT / MS Visio
- Exposure to BPM tools like ARIS, Signavio, New Gen, GBTech BIC, Process Model etc.
- Exposure to As Is – ‘To Be’ mapping projects / assignments with change management and transition
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Must have worked on BPR & Process Improvement projects
