Reporting To- Engagement Manager/Director

Responsibilities

• Operate as a sector/domain expert providing consulting approach to each assignment and create a thorough / deep dive analysis on sectors / companies / themes.
• Work with the client’s investment research team on site to complete assignments. The position is an extension of the customer’s local team and works directly with them.
• Analyze and identify potential targets for clients in M&A space and drive the deal from initiation to end.
• Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development).
• Create marketing teasers / Information Memorandum for deals.
• Quarterly update of precedents transactions list, public comps list.
• Research on potential funding sources.
• Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions for new joiners and team members.

Key Requirements

• Excellent Written, Verbal communication. Proficiency in other languages like German, French, and Spanish will be preferred.
• Proficiency in databases – Factset, CapIQ, Bloomberg, Pitchbook, Factiva, D&B Hoovers.
• Strong in creating power point presentations (Teasers/CIM/Industry & Company Analysis /Thematic Research) for deals.
• 0-20 years’ experience in financial research domain. Global experience preferred.
• Post-Graduate-MBA Finance/CFA/CA.
